In standard baseball, a walk sends a batter to first. Boring. In Bombball, four balls or a hit-by-pitch activates something special.
Instead of taking first base, the batter gets one underhand lob from half the pitching distance. A chance to put it over the fence. A chance to drop a bomb.

Standard Little League dimensions — 60-foot base paths, 46-foot pitching distance. 9 players per side. Full batting order includes all rostered players.
On 4 balls or a hit-by-pitch, instead of taking first base the batter receives one underhand lob from 23 feet — a chance to hit it out of the park. Every kid gets their moment.
6 innings. 3 outs per half-inning. 8-run limit per half-inning in regular season and pool play. No run limit in championship rounds.
All delivery styles permitted — overhand, sidearm, submarine. No restrictions on arm angle in any division. Player pitch starts at age 8; coach pitch or tee for younger divisions.

Game ends if one team leads by 15+ runs after 4 innings, or 10+ runs after 5 innings.
